THE MULHOLLAND VESPER
3 oz Mulholland Gin
1 oz Mulholland Vodka
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1- Combine ingredients.
2- Stir over ice.
3- Strain and serve neat.
4- Garnish with a lemon twist.

QUEENS GIBSON
2 oz Mulholland Vodka
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 Bar Spoon Onion Brine
1- Pour ingredients over ice in mixing glass.
2- Stir until chilled.
3- Strain into coupe garnish with pearl onion.

MALIBU BREEZE
2 oz Mulholland Vodka
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
3-4 Raspberries
2 Mint Leaves
1- Add mint, raspberries, and syrup to shaker tin and muddle.
2- Add lemon juice, vodka and ice, shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds.
3- Strain onto fresh ice, garnish with mint.

MULHOLLAND GIN 50/50
1 1/2 oz Mulholland Gin
1 1/2 oz LO-FI Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1- Combine ingredients.
2- Stir over ice.
3- Strain and serve neat.
4- Garnish with olive and lemon twist.


LIQUID BREAKFAST
2 oz Mulholland Whiskey
½ oz Maple Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1- Stir and strain.
2- Serve over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned Glass.
3- Garnish with orange peel.

MULHOLLAND SMASH
3 oz Mulholland Whiskey
¼ oz Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth
(Dirty: Add Olive Brine to taste)
1- Add all the ingredients to tin shaker.
2- Fill with ice. Stir until well chilled.
3- Strain. Serve neat in a chilled glass.
4- Serve with Mezetta Martini Olives.

GIN
GRIFFITH PARK SWIZZLE
1.5 oz Mulholland Gin
.5 oz Your Choice of Mezcal or Tequilla
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.75 Lime
1- Muddle lime, simple, and 6-8 mint leaves in tall glass.
2- Fill glass with crushed ice.
3- Top with Peychauds Bitters and garnish with mint.

SMOG CUTTER
1 oz Mulholland Gin
1 oz Cognac or Brandy
.5 oz Rhum Agricole
.5 oz Cream Sherry
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1- Pour ingredients into shaker tin.
2- Quick shake with a couple of cubes.
3- Pour into tiki mug and fill with crushed ice.
4- Garnish with mint.

HOLLYWOOD HIGHBALL
1 oz Whiskey
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 Apricot Brandy
1- Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass and top with Club Soda.
2- Stir; Express lemon peel.

MULHOLLAND WHISKEY SOUR
2oz Mulholland American Whiskey
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Angostura Bitters
1- Combine Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup & egg white to tin shaker - Do not add ice yet.
2- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 30seconds.
3- Add ice.
4- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
5- Fit a Hawthorne strainer over the top of the shaker and pour the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe glass. This is referred to as a "double strain".
7- Top with 6 "dots" of Angostura Bitters.

MULHOLLAND MOSCOW MULE
2 oz Mulholland Vodka
4-6 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1- Squeeze lime into Mule Mug or Collins Glass.
2- Add some ice.
3- Add Vodka and Ginger Beer.
4- Stir.
5- Garnish with fresh lime and mint sprig.

SUNSET SMASH
2oz Mulholland Whiskey
.75 Lemon
.75 Simple Syrup
1- Muddle three slices peach and 3 basil leaves in shaker.
2- Add ingredients and ice and shake.
3- Pour over ice in a short glass and garnish with a peach slice and basil leaf.

MULHOLLAND NEGRONI
2 oz Mulholland New World Gin
1 oz. Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
1oz. Campari
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1- Add all the ingredients to tin shaker.
2- Fill with ice.
3- Stir until well chilled.
4- Serve in one large cube.
5- Garnish with an orange twist.

GOLD RUSH
2 oz Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Coconut- Honey (Equal Parts Coconut Water and Honey)
1- Pour ingredients into shaker tin, add ice, and shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds.
2- Strain over fresh ice, garnish with lemon wedge.
