THE Mulholland Eastsider

2 oz Mulholland New World Gin  
1 oz fresh pressed cucumber juice
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice                                                         1/2 oz Liquid Alchemist Orgeat                                                               5 sprigs of Mint                                                                          

Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice.                                     Shake well and fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.               Garnish with fresh cucumber slice.                   

 
 

 

THE Mulholland

1 ½ oz Mulholland American Whiskey    
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
1 oz dry vermouth
¼ oz lemon juice
Sage leaf

Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with fresh sage leaf.

 
 

 

The Olvera

2 oz Mulholland American Whiskey    
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz  orange juice
¾ simple syrup (or diluted honey)
1 small dash of Firewater Bitters

Shake/strain over a couple large ice cubes

 
 

 

TAKE FOUNTAIN

2 oz Mulholland Vodka    
1 ½ oz ruby grapefruit juice
½ lemon juice
½ simple syrup

Shake/serve on the rocks with a dash of smoked salt over the top.

 
 

 

MULHOLLAND MANHATTAN

2 oz Mulholland American Whiskey    
1 oz Dolin Red Vermouth de Chambery
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur (optional)

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker. Fill with ice.
Stir until well chilled. Serve neat in a chilled glass. 
Garnish with quality cherry.

 

 
 

 

MULHOLLAND NEGRONI

2 oz Mulholland New World Gin    
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino  
1 oz Tempus Fugit Gran Classico bitter
2 dashes Fee Bros. Aztec Chocolate Bitters
    

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker.
Fill with ice. Stir until well chilled.  
Serve over ice or neat in a chilled glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz Mulholland Vodka
4-6 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Squeeze lime into Mule Mug or Collins glass.
Add ice. Add Vodka and Ginger Beer. Stir.
Garnish with fresh lime and mint sprig.

 
 

 

Mulholland scofflaw

2 oz Mulholland American Whiskey               
1 oz Noilly Pratt Extra Dry Vermouth                
½ oz Grenadine                       
¼ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Regans' Orange Bitters No.6

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker.
Fill with ice. Stir until well chilled. 
Strain, Serve neat in a chilled glass.

2 oz Mulholland New World Gin

½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur      
¼ oz Rothman & Winter Creme de VioletteLiqueur    

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker. Fill with ice.
Stir until well chilled. 
Strain, Serve neat in a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

3 oz Mulholland Vodka
4 oz Soda Water
Melon, Cucumber, Orange

Pack a ten oz tumbler with ice & fruit.
Add Vodka. Stir. Add Soda water. Stir.

Mulholland Martini

3 oz Mulholland Vodka
¼ oz Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth
(Dirty: Add Olive Brine to taste)

Add all the ingredients to tin shaker.
Fill with ice. Stir until well chilled.
Strain, Serve neat in a chilled glass.
Serve with Mezetta Martini Olives.

 
 

 

Mulholland bloody mary

3 oz Mulholland Vodka
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
½ tsp prepared Horseradish
4 dashes Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2-6 dashes Tabasco Sauce
½  tsp Olive Brine
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Old Bay Seasoning (for Glass Rim)

Coat the rim of a pint glass with Old Bay Seasoning.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake lightly—you want to mix the ingredients without melting too much of the ice—and pour (unstrained) into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a celery stalk, pickled green bean, olives, bacon or a chicken leg...bartender's choice.
